The Lumina Spark Portrait is a psychometric tool belonging to the next generation of professional development tools. Its goal is to support individuals and teams along their journey to working more efficiently and improving an organization’s bottom-line performance. Lumina Spark provides an accurate, personalized Portrait to increase self-awareness around individual personality traits. It provides practical development tips on how to improve leadership skills, communication, and team abilities.

The Lumina Spark model is based on the latest Big Five research paradigm and can also be viewed through a Jungian lens.

The Reflector Big Five Personality is a questionnaire that focuses on five personality factors, known as the “Big Five”, and their underlying facets.

The Reflector Big Five Personality is based on leading research and is commonly called the Five Factor Model (FFM) or the OCEAN Model. The Big Five model measures personality traits based on five foundational dimensions:

  • Extraversion
  • Openness
